Orca

Integrations

Built where your revenue team already lives.

Your team keeps the tools it already has open, and Orca connects to them. And if a system works with your CRM and speaks OpenAPI, we can wire it up fast.

Your systems in. One signal stream out. Echo, Orca's Customer Intelligence Agent, reads what your teams already produce, dedupes and scores it, and routes each signal to the place that team already works.

What Orca does with it

Orca installs in Salesforce as a managed package, so advocate and reference records live in your org beside Accounts and Opportunities. Signals and activity write back to Salesforce.

How it flows

  • Installs as a managed package
  • Records live in your org
  • Signals and activity write back

Any MCP server

Echo connects to any system that runs an MCP server, so every signal can become an action in a tool you already run.

Bring your own key

Your AI. Your keys.

Orca's AI layer is bring-your-own-key. Connect your organization's own account with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI. Add your API token in the integrations tab, and Echo runs on the model your security team has already approved.

Prompts and data go to your own model tenant, under the terms your security team already signed. That is the architecture, not a feature.

OpenAI · Anthropic · Google Gemini · AWS Bedrock · Azure OpenAI

Separately, Orca ships its own MCP server for AI workspaces. Point your AI assistant, or any MCP-compatible agent, at mcp.orcaforce.co/mcp and it can find advocates, match references and pull approved proof mid-conversation.

Where does the record live?

An integration is a spreadsheet someone emails you every night. It is a copy, it is a day old, and it has no room for your own formulas. Native is the shared sheet you already work in.

If it integrates with your CRM and has an OpenAPI spec, we can build the connection fast. Ask us about yours.

Why CRM-native matters

Where the record lives

Another system · In Salesforce

In your Salesforce org

Flows see the synced copy

Flows, validation rules and approvals run on the record

A renamed field or an expired token can stop the sync
